摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈小细胞神经内分泌癌(SCCC)的临床病理特征及免疫组化表达特点。方法收集深圳市宝安区人民医院2006年5月~2020年3月收治的5例SCCC患者,采用光镜、免疫组化方法对其进行研究。结果5例SCCC患者组织学显示肿瘤细胞小而圆或葵花子样,胞质稀少,核仁不易见,瘤细胞镶嵌样巢团状生长。免疫组化法显示5例患者均至少表达2种以上神经内分泌标志物[突触素(Syn)、嗜铬素A(CgA)和CD56],2例弥漫表达甲状腺转录因子1(TTF-1),5例CD117均阴性。结论SCCC具有独特的临床病理特征及免疫组化特点,免疫组化在诊断及鉴别诊断中具有重要意义。SCCC特定表达一项以上神经内分泌标志物,TTF-1在原发SCCC和非小细胞癌宫颈转移的鉴别诊断中没有意义,CD117在二者的鉴别中有一定意义。Objective To investigate the clinicopathological and immunohistochemical features of small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the cervix(SCCC).Methods A total of 5 cases of SCCC patients were collected and studied by light microscope and immunohistochemistry from May 2006 to March 2020 in Bao′an District People′s Hospital in Shenzhen City.Results The histology of 5 cases showed that the tumor cells were small and round or sunflower-like,the cytoplasm was sparse,the nucleolus was not easy to be seen,and the tumor cells grew in mosaic-like nests.Immunohistochemistry showed that 5 cases expressed at least 2 kinds of neuroendocrine markers(Syn,CGA and CD56),2 cases diffusely expressed TTF-1,5 cases of CD117 were negative.Conclusion SCCC has unique clinicopathologic and immunohistochemical features,and immunohistochemistry plays an important role in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.SCCC specifically expresses more than one neuroendocrine marker,TTF-1 has no significance in the differential diagnosis of cervical metastasis between primary SCCC and non-small cell carcinoma,CD117 has some significance in the differential diagnosis of both.
