摘 要:原癌基因c-Maf是病毒癌基因v-Maf在细胞内存在保守碱性结构域及碱性亮氨酸拉链的同源基因,以同源或异源二聚体形式结合DNA,发挥转录激活功能,适度活化时可调节肾脏的胚胎发育、肾小管细胞分化、抗氧化及足细胞的功能,与痛风、肾病综合征等肾脏疾病的病理生理过程密切相关。c-Maf基因调控网络在肾脏疾病的早期诊断、治疗、预后中具有重要意义。该文旨在对转录因子c-Maf在肾脏疾病中的研究进展作一简要综述。Proto-oncogene c-Maf is a homologene of viral oncogene v-Maf(musculoaponeurotic fibrosarcoma)with a conserved alkaline domain and a basic leucine zipper(b-Zip)in cells,and binds DNA in the form of homologous or heterodimer to activate transcription.Moderate activation of c-Maf can regulate the embryonic development,renal tubular cells differentiation,antioxidant process and the podocyte function,which is closely related to the pathophysiological process of kidney diseases,such as gout and nephrotic syndrome.Elucidating the changes in c-Maf gene regulatory network is of great significance in the early clinical diagnosis,prognosis,targeting treatment of renal diseases.The research progress of transcription factor c-Maf in renal diseases was summarized in present paper.
