草酸艾司西酞普兰联合盐酸度洛西汀治疗抑郁症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析草酸艾司西酞普兰联合盐酸度洛西汀治疗抑郁症的临床效果。方法126例抑郁症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各63例。对照组患者给予草酸艾司西酞普兰进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合给予盐酸度洛西汀进行治疗。比较两组不同时间汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及生活质量评分。结果治疗1、2、4、6、8周,两组患者的的HAMD评分均治疗前显著降低,且观察组患者治疗4、6、8周的HAMD评分均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率96.83%(61/63)显著高于对照组的76.19%(48/63),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.492,P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的躯体功能、认知功能、角色功能、情绪功能、社会功能评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抑郁症患者实施草酸艾司西酞普兰联合盐酸度洛西汀治疗,能够有效降低患者的抑郁症状,显著提高患者的临床治疗效果,且治疗安全性良好。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of escitalopram oxalate combined with duloxetine hydrochloride in the treatment of depression.Methods A total of 126 depression patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with escitalopram oxalate,and the observation group was treated with duloxetine hydrochloride on the basis of the control group.The Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores at different time points,treatment effects,occurrence of adverse reactions and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results 1,2,4,6 and 8 weeks after treatment,HAMD score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the HAMD score 4,6 and 8 weeks after treatment were obviously lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total treatment effective rate 96.83%(61/63)of the observation group was significantly higher than 76.19%(48/63)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=11.492,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,physical function,cognitive function,role function,emotional function,social function score of the observation group were obviously higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Escitalopram oxalate combined with duloxetine hydrochloride can effectively relieve the depression of depression patients and improve their clinical effect with high safety.
