摘  要:国内高校在土木工程专业毕业考核方面,大都偏重知识理论环节,多采用比较单一的毕业设计或论文形式。但对于地方应用型民办高校而言,学生文化基础相对比较薄弱,缺乏学习的自觉性,学习目标现实化。但学生的自主能动性、社会活动能力强,个性化突出。因此对于不同类型的人才其培养方式也应是不同的,这样才能利于学生个性化优势的发挥。结合地方应用型民办高校学生的学习及个性化发展特点,针对土木工程专业探索出一套多元化多维度的毕业考核方案,实现个性化应用型人才培养的目标。In terms of graduation assessment of civil engineering major,most domestic universities lay particular stress on knowledge and theory,and usually adopt a single graduation design or thesis.However,for private local applied universities,students have some problems,such as weakness in learning foundation,lack of learning consciousness,and realistic learning goals.But these students have strong initiative and social skills,furthermore,their personalities are outstanding.Therefore,for different types of talents,the way of training should be different,so as to give students full play to their personalized advantages.According to the characteristics of private local applied universities students'learning and personalized development,a set of diversified and multidimensional graduation assessment program is explored for civil engineering specialty,so as to realize the goal of personalized applied talent training.
