工科院校“工匠精神”培育的实践与思考——以安徽理工大学机械工程学院为例

摘　　要：工科院校是“工匠精神”人才培育的主体,肩负着重要历史使命,“工匠精神”可弥补当前人才培养质量方面存在的欠缺,推进本科工程教育改革,全面提升学生综合素质。应从认同之维——营造崇尚“工匠精神”的良好氛围、实践之维——主动践行“工匠精神”的现实路径、协同之维、共同构筑“工匠精神”培育的合力等培育工科院校学生的工匠精神。Engineering colleges are the main body for talent cultivation of"craftsman spirit",and shoulder an important historical mission."craftsman spirit"can make up for the current deficiency of talent training quality,promote the reform of undergraduate engineering education,and improve the comprehensive quality of students.The following dimensions should be adopted to cultivate the"craftsman spirit"of engineering college students:Firstly,to achieve recognition by creating a good atmosphere of advocating the"craftsman spirit";Secondly,actively practice the realistic path of"craftsman spirit"to complete the practice;Thirdly,jointly build the cooperation to cultivate the"craftsman spirit".
