摘　　要：制度匹配是完善国家职教体系的重要手段。我国当前职业教育以区域性为主,地方政府作为国家职教政策的具体施行者及职教治理的主体,处于职教体系优化的主导地位。在当今“互联网+”信息技术普及、社会资本多方渗透、市场层级变浅的背景下,我国区域职教资源布局分散、职教体系断层,已明显不适应时代变迁发展要求。地方政府应加强制度匹配,通过项目引领、整体统筹优化区域职教资源,创新机制、完善放管结合的多元办学格局,构建服务全民利于终身学习的现代职教体系来推进现代区域职教体系机制优化。System matching is an important means to improve the national vocational education system.China's current vocational education is mainly regional,and local government,as the specific implementer of the national vocational education policy and the main body of vocational education governance,is in the leading position of the vocational education system optimization.Under the background of the popularization of"Internet+"information technology,multiple penetration of social capital and shallow market level,the distribution of regional vocational education resources in China is scattered,the governance mechanism is outdated,and the vocational education system is faulted,which obviously cannot meet the requirements of the development of The Times.Local governments should strengthen system matching,promote the optimization of system,resources and innovation through project guidance and overall planning.The local government also should speed up improvement of diversified school-running pattern combining decentralization and regulation,and construction of modern vocational education system that serves the whole people and benefits lifelong learning.
