新时代山东省高职教育主要矛盾的转化及应对策略

摘　　要：山东省高职教育的主要矛盾为高职教育快速发展与区域分布不平衡,人才成长的多层次性与职业教育体系构建不充分,高职教育供给侧结构与人才需求结构不匹配、高职教育的战略地位与保障机制不健全之间的矛盾。应贯彻新发展理念,加强高职教育发展规划和顶层设计;以扩大本科职业教育为重点完善现代职业教育体系;实施政策扶持和对口支援,促进高职教育平衡发展;推进产教融合深度发展,营造高职教育健康发展的社会环境。In Shandong province,the main contradiction of higher vocational education mainly includes the following four aspects:the contradiction between the rapid development of higher vocational education and the imbalance of regional distribution,the contradiction between the multi-level talent growth and the inadequate construction of vocational education system,the contradiction between the slow reform of the supply side and the talent demand,and the contradiction between the strategic position and the imperfect security mechanism.It is necessary to carry out the new development concept and strengthen the plan and top-level design of higher vocational education.To improve the modern system with emphasis on expanding undergraduate vocational education;Implement policy and counterpart support to promote balanced development;Promote the in-depth development of industry and education integration,and create a social environment for the healthy development.
