职业理想:高职生理想信念教育的切入点——以“思想道德修养与法律基础”课在职业理想教育中的功能及实现为例

摘　　要：高职院校“技能型人才”的培养应以职业理想教育作为切入点。“思想道德修养与法律基础”课在职业理想教育中具有激发功能、校正功能、激励功能和延展功能,为实现这些功能,在高职生“基础”课教学活动中需从现状审度、认知重构,主题研讨、价值引领,榜样垂范、情感共鸣、实践体认、知行统一等方面落实。The cultivation of skilled talents in higher vocational colleges should take vocational ideal education as the breakthrough point.The course of"Ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis"has the functions of stimulating,correcting,encouraging and expanding in the vocational ideal education.In order to realize these functions,we need to implement them from the aspects of current situation evaluation,cognitive reconstruction,theme discussion,value guidance,model setting,emotional resonance,practice recognition,unity of knowledge and practice.
