摘  要:文化育人是高校图书馆的核心理念和价值追求,民族院校图书馆是弘扬中华民族共同体文化底蕴、铸牢师生中华民族共同体意识的重要场域。民族院校图书馆应充分发挥自身优势,促进教育职能的发挥,从夯实育人基础、创新育人载体、优化育人环境、拓展育人途径、搭建育人平台、完善育人机制等方面拓展文化育人功能,增进师生对中华民族共同体的认知、认同和归属,让中华民族共同体意识深深扎根在广大师生心中。The cultural education is the core idea and value pursuit of university libraries.Ethnic university libraries are an important field to carry forward the cultural deposits of Chinese national community and consolidate of Chinese national community consciousness of teachers and students of all people.Ethnic university libraries should give full play to their own advantages and promote the function of education.It puts forward six ways to expand the culture educational function of ethnic university libraries,such as consolidating educational foundation,innovating educational carrier,optimizing educational environment,expanding educational approach,building educational platform and perfecting the educational mechanism.Ethnic university libraries improve cognition,identity and belonging of Chinese national community,the consciousness of Chinese national community is deeply rooted in the teacher and student hearts of all nationalities.
