柿炭疽病抗性种质调查及发病规律研究

摘　　要：以国家柿种质资源圃81份常见柿品种为研究对象,进行柿种质资源炭疽病抗性鉴定,并分析柿炭疽病发病规律。试验结果表明,在81份炭疽病抗性资源调查中,中抗品种居多。炭疽病在枝条、叶柄、叶脉、萼片、果实上均有发生,其中当年生枝条更易感染炭疽病。选用极抗品种‘鸡心黄’和感病品种‘富平尖柿’进行抗性验证,分别在枝叶和嫩梢上接种炭疽病,其中‘鸡心黄’几乎不发病,‘富平尖柿’在接种后发病严重,此与田间抗性鉴定结果相一致。With 81 common persimmon varieties of national persimmon germplasm resources as objects,persimmon germplasm resources resistant to anthracnose were identified and the pathogenesis of persimmon anthracnose was analyzed.The results showed that among 81 resources resistant to anthracnose,most of them were the medium resistance varieties.Anthracnose occured on shoots,petioles,veins,bracts,and fruits.Among them,shoots were more susceptible to anthrax.The resistance trial was carried out by using the extremely resistant variety‘Jixinhuang’and the susceptible variety‘Fupingjianshi’.The anthracnose was inoculated on the branches and young shoots respectively,and the almost of‘Jixinhuang’had no disease,but is was seriousely infected in‘Fupingjianshi’after it was inoculated,which was consistent with the results of field resistance identification.The results provide a theoretical basis for the selection of germplasm resistant to persimmon anthracnose and for the prevention and control of anthracnose.
