“会厌”解剖名称的由来及考证

摘　　要：会厌是喉的重要解剖结构,其主要生理功能为吞咽时封闭喉入口,保护呼吸道、避免误吸。“会厌”是古已有之的解剖专有名词,最早记载于《黄帝内经》被称为“音声之户”,其后历代著作均可见会厌解剖或功能方面的内容,至明清时期基本完善,其中以《类经》和《医林改错》最具代表性。《类经》对“会厌”进行了释名,《医林改错》从解剖和生理病理方面对会厌都进行了详尽描述,并创制以“会厌”命名的名方“会厌逐瘀汤”,广泛应用于各种咽喉疾病,此外还运用训诂学对会厌的发音进行了考证。Epiglottis is an important anatomy of larynx.It is accepted normally that the main physiological function of epiglottis is to close the throat when swallowing in order to protect the respiratory tract from aspiration.In fact,“epiglottis”is an exclusive anatomic code in ancient China.It was first called“Yin Sheng Zhi Hu”in the Inner Canon of Huangdi.The contents of anatomy and function of epiglottis can be seen in later monographs.In the Ming and Qing Dynasties,research on epiglottis was essentially improved,among which Lei Jing and Yi Lin Gai Cuo were the most representative works.Lei Jing interpreted the meaning of epiglottis,while Yi Lin Gai Cuo described epiglottis in detail from the perspective of the anatomy,physiology and pathology.It created Huiyan Zhuyu decotion named after epiglottis,which has been widely employed in the various throat-related diseases.In addition,the study also uses the exegetics to verify the pronunciation of epiglottis.
