从“少火生气”论肾气丸补肾气之功

摘　　要：肾气丸出自张仲景所著《金匮要略》,在书中分别用于治疗脚气、虚劳、痰饮、消渴及妇人转胞等5种病证,谈及肾气丸的功效,后世医家在补肾气、补肾阳、阴阳并补等观点处多有争论,本方的组方配伍意义亦有多种解释。“少火生气”一词出自《黄帝内经·素问》,意为在素体健康时,温和之气能够滋生元气,维持人体正常生理活动,清代医家柯琴认为肾气丸乃“少火生气”之方。本文以肾气丸为对象,基于对肾中阴阳的理解,从“少火生气”角度探析肾气丸组方配伍,分析肾气丸治疗疾病的症状与肾气不足所致症状的关系后认为,肾气丸以小剂量温阳药缓补“微火”以达“少火”,当为补益肾气之方剂。Shenqi Pill is from ZHANG Zhong-jing's Jin Gui Yao Lue,which is used in the book to treat five diseases including beriberi,consumptive disease,phlegm,diabetes and women's transcytosis.Talking about the efficacy of Shenqi Pill,later generations of physicians have many debates on the views of tonifying kidney Qi,tonifying kidney Yang,tonifying kidney Yin and Yang,and there are also a variety of explanations for the compatibility significance of this formula.Junior fire supporting vital Qi came from Huang Di Nei Jing·Su Wen,that is,in the healthy human body,mild Qi can breed vital Qi,maintain the normal physiological activitie,Qing Dynasty physician KE Qin believed that Shenqi Pill is the"Junior fire supporting vital Qi"formula,This paper analyzes the compatibility of Shenqi Pill from the perspective of"Junior fire supporting vital Qi",and analyzed the close relationship between the symptoms of Shenqi pill and the symptoms caused by kidney deficiency.Use a small dose of warming Yang to slow down the"micro-fire"to achieve"Junior fire",Shenqi pill is a prescription for replenishing kidney.
