摘 要:PPCPs作为一类新兴的环境污染物已在多种环境介质中检出,甚至在生物体内也频频检出。本文总结了国内外PPCPs在水体中的赋存规律和特点,发现国内的珠江,长江和雅江水体中的PPCPs在2018年的检测浓度均高于2016年,值得引起注意。另外,对PPCPs在水生生物体内的累积规律进行了归纳,并从累积浓度、生物累积因子来阐述PPCPs在生物体内累积潜力和潜在毒性。最后总结了部分PPCPs在水中浮游生物-底栖生物-鱼的食物链不同营养级之间的传递,其中有放大也有稀释效应,这与化合物的理化性质,食物链的复杂程度和水环境的理化性质有关。PPCPs,as an Emerging pollutant,has been detected in a variety of environmental media,and even frequently in organisms.This article summarized the occurrence and fate of PPCPs in water bodies at home and abroad.It was found that the PPCPs concentrations detected in Pearl River,Yangtze River and Yarlung Zangbo River in 2018 were higher than 2016,which deserved more attention.In addition,the accumulation of PPCPs in aquatic organisms were summarized,and the cumulative concentration and bioaccumulation factors were used to explain the accumulation potential and potential toxicity of PPCPs in organisms.Finally,the trophic transfer of some PPCPs in aquatic organism was summarized,which had both amplification and dilution effects in the laboratory and the field.The trophic transfer was related to the physical and chemical properties of the compound,the complexity of the food chain and the physical and chemical properties of the water environment.
