摘　　要：MASTER是一个具有创新性和改革性学校体育教学方案,该培训课程以循证科学(Evidence-Based)为理论基础,以改善体育教师的教学策略。该项目旨在为体育教师持续提供教育和培训服务,并在简洁明了的理论框架下,加强理解,培养技能,从而在积极的体育教学环境中,帮助体育教师应对高质量体育教学的各种要求。Master项目在培训课程中加入了多项寓教于乐的教学形式(Game-Based Approaches),这极大地提高了体育教师的反馈质量和干预手段,因而在体育教师群体中很受欢迎。鉴于青少年体育的教学质量和运动参与率是一个非常普遍的全球性问题,研究结论能有效改善学校体育教育和学生运动的开展,帮助中小学体育教师和体育俱乐部更好地制定出有效而可行的策略。MASTER is an innovative and reformative school physical education teaching program.The training course is based on evidence-based science(Evidence-Based)to improve the teaching strategies of physical education teachers.The project aims to provide physical education teachers with continuous education and training services,and under a concise and clear theoretical framework,to strengthen understanding and develop skills,so as to help physical education teachers respond to various requirements for high-quality physical education in a positive physical education environment.The MASTER project has added a number of game-based approaches(Game-Based Approaches)to the training courses,which greatly improves the quality of feedback and intervention methods of physical education teachers,and is very popular among physical education teachers.In view of the fact that the teaching quality and sports participation rate of youth sports is a very common global problem,the conclusions of this study can effectively improve school physical education and sports development,and help primary and middle school physical education teachers and sports clubs to better develop effective and feasible strategy.
