摘  要:针对大量使用的钢结构闭口截面构件难以全螺栓连接、风电等大直径高耸钢管结构在风致动载作用下拼接接头抗疲劳能力不足、承受动载的大型钢结构基础预应力抗拔锚栓缺乏设计与施工成套技术等3大问题,通过概念设计、理论分析、试验研究、数值模拟、产品研制、装备开发等手段,研制了单向(边)高强螺栓紧固件、反向平衡法兰连接技术和螺栓预拉力直接张拉法设备、可更换预应力锚栓和大型锚栓施工定位装置,开发了锚栓预应力直接张拉安装技术,提出了梁柱全螺栓连接半刚性钢框架设计方法、拼接节点的等效抗弯承载力设计方法以及防止基础动力疲劳开裂的设计方法,取得了一系列钢结构高效螺栓连接关键技术的研究成果,并在工程中得到了检验和推广应用。There are three major problems caused by using a large number of closed-section members in steel structure,which are difficulties in only using bolts to connect the members,insufficient fatigue resistance of splice joint under wind-induced dynamic load for large-diameter steel tube tower structure such as wind power station and lack of packaged technology of design and construction for prestressed anti-pulling anchor bolt of large steel structure foundation under dynamic load.Through conceptual design,theoretical analysis,experimental research,numerical simulation,product development,equipment development and other means,blind high-strength bolt fastener,reverse balanced flange connection technology,direct tensioning equipment for bolt pretension,replaceable prestressed anchor bolt and construction positioning device for large anchor bolt were developed.Some new technologies were also devised such as installation technology of prestressed anchor bolt with direct tensioning method.Meanwhile the design method of semi-rigid steel frame with fully-bolted connections,the design method of equivalent bending bearing capacity of splice joint and the design method of preventing dynamic fatigue cracking of foundation were put forward.A series of research achievements about key technology of high-efficiency bolted connection in steel structure were obtained,which have been verified and applied in practical engineering.
