摘  要:淀粉糊化度是评价颗粒饲料加工质量的重要指标之一,直接影响饲料的利用价值,通过对简化酶解法测定样品中淀粉糊化度中所用试剂淀粉酶、称样量、样品粒度3方面的影响进行试验验证,确定出试验最佳反应条件,以便能给广大检验人员提供技术参考。该文通过对2种颗粒饲料及一种膨化原料的分析,RSD均小于2%,结果满意。Starch and carbonization degree is one of the important indexes to evaluate the processing quality of pellet feed,it directly affects the utilization value of feed.The optimum reaction conditions were determined by the test verification of the influences of amylase,weight and sample size on the determination of starch and the degree of carbonization in the sample by the simplified enzymatic hydrolysis method,in order to be able to provide technical reference for the majority of inspectors.The RSD of two kinds of pellet feed and one kind of extruded raw material were less than 2%and the results were satisfactory.
