摘　　要：《固体废物处理与处置》是环境工程专业学生从事固体废物污染治理相关工作所必须掌握的专业课程。目前,该课程存在理论与实践脱节等问题,已无法满足地方院校的应用型人才培养目标。本文基于就业为导向的地方院校的教学现状,从教学目的、教学内容、教学模式以及评价体系等几个方面进行教学改革探索,以全面提高学生的学习兴趣,培养市场所需的环境工程专业人才。Solid Waste Treatment and Disposal is a professional course for students majoring in Environmental Engineering to deal with solid waste pollution.At present,the course has some problems,such as the disconnection between theory and practice,which can no longer meet the training goal of applied talents in local university.According to the current situation of the course teaching in the local university based on the employment oriented,the teaching reform was carried out on the basis of the teaching aim,teaching content,teaching mode,evaluation system and other aspects,in order to improve students’learning interest and cultivate professional talents of Environmental Engineering in the market.
