摘 要:转移是大肠癌(CRC)患者死亡的主要原因,严重影响患者预后。因此,寻找有效的早期诊断方法和治疗手段防治CRC转移,已经成为亟需解决的问题。通过深入研究CRC发生与发展的分子生物学作用机制发现,环状RNA(circRNA)可以通过miRNA海绵吸附效应、调控基因转录和剪切、与RNA结合蛋白(RBP)的相互作用、蛋白质翻译等多种生物学功能参与调控CRC侵袭转移。现对circRNA在CRC侵袭转移过程中的调控机制进行阐述与总结。Metastasis is the main cause of death in patients with colorectal cancer(CRC),which seriously affects the prognosis.Therefore,it has become an urgent problem to find effective early diagnosis and treatment methods to prevent and treat CRC metastasis.Through in-depth study of the molecular mechanism of carcinogenesis and development of CRC,it is found that circular RNA(circRNA)can participate in the regulation of invasion and metastasis of CRC through multiple biological functions such as miRNA sponge effect,regulation of gene transcription and cutting,interaction with RNA binding protein(RBP),protein translation,etc.In this paper,the regulatory mechanism of circRNA in the invasion and metastasis of CRC will be discussed and summarized.
