某医学院校大学生对新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情的认知态度及对高校教育服务需求的研究

摘　　要：目的疫情期间通过对学校学生进行疫情防护认知、心理和思想动态及教育服务需求的调研,为学校的公共卫生事件应对提供精准施策依据。方法疫情严峻期采用快速问卷调查法,有效问卷10906份,资料采用χ2检验、t检验、方差分析等方法统计分析。结果10906名大学生关注疫情主要途径是通过电视、网络等媒体;高年级学生关注疫情度高;女生较男生更加关注疫情信息;非医药类专业学生关注度低于其他专业学生。69.27%的学生对新冠肺炎的基础知识了解,65.66%的学生对新冠肺炎主要症状了解;97.5%的学生知晓并做到主动防护。女生比男生的恐慌、焦虑、盲从、无助等心理感受更加明显,护理专业学生比其他专业学生均明显;面对疫情98.05%的同学可以做到理性对待,80%以上的同学可以做到学好专业知识、传播正能量。对学校的需求主要有完善网课、严格消毒公共场所和设施、加强疫情防护教育、生命教育等。结论学校是疫情高发地,学生防护情况良好,可以理性应对并传播正能量,但对低年级学生加强知识健康教育,对女生、护理专业学生要加强心理健康教育,部分医护类大学生职业理想信念受疫情影响,要做到精准施策。Objective To investigate the students'cognition,psychological and ideological dynamics and the demand for education services during the epidemic period of novel coronavirus pneumonia,so as to provide the accurate policy basis for school public health events.Methods During the severe epidemic period from February 6 to 11,2020,the whole university students were invited to conduct a quick questionnaire survey through the network,and the data were statistically analyzed byχ2 test,t test,variance analysis and other methods.Results Among 10906 college students who participated in the survey.The main channels for epidemic concern were TV,Internet and other media.The higher⁃grade students paid more attention to the epidemic situation;the female students paid more attention to the epidemic information than the male students;the students of non⁃medicine majors paid less attention than the students of other majors.Totally 69.27%of the students knew about the infection factors of the novel coronavirus pneumonia,65.66%of them knew the core symptoms of the novel coronavirus pneumonia,and 97.5%of the students knew and did the initiative protection.In terms of psychological and ideological dynamics,the psychological feelings of female students were more obvious than those of male students,such as panic,anxiety,blind obedience,helplessness,etc.,and the nursing students were more obvious than the students of other majors;98.05%of the students could be treated rationally in the face of the epidemic situation,and more than 80%of students could learn professional knowledge and spread positive energy.The demands for schools were to improve online courses,strictly disinfect public places and facilities,and strengthen the epidemic prevention education and life education,etc.Conclusion The school is a high⁃risk area of novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,and the students are well protected,so they can rationally cope with the epidemic and they also can spread positive energy.However,we should strengthen the knowl⁃edge and healt
