叶面喷施锌肥对芹菜产量和品质的影响

摘　　要：【目的】为了研究最适合芹菜的叶面喷施锌肥的施肥质量浓度及施肥时间,使其达到最佳的品质和产量,为芹菜富锌的生产提供理论指导。【方法】以‘皇后’芹菜作为试验材料,采用田间小区的裂区试验法,叶面喷施5种(包括对照组)不同质量浓度的锌肥,研究其对芹菜产量和品质的影响。【结果】叶面喷施锌肥能够明显提高芹菜的单株质量、单株高度、锌含量、维生素C含量,调控硝酸盐含量,维持粗纤维含量。其中采收前7 d和14 d喷施质量浓度4 g/L锌肥2次时,能够有效提高单株质量、单株高度、维生素C含量、有机酸含量。【结论】喷施质量浓度4 g/L锌肥,采收前7 d和14 d喷施2次,可使芹菜的产量和品质达到最佳效益。【Objective】In order to study the application concentration and time of zinc fertilizer on the leaf surface of celery,so as to achieve the best quality and yield,and to provide theoretical guidance for the production of zinc-rich celery.【Methods】In this experiment,queen's celery was used as the experimental material,and the method of field plot split zone experiment was adopted.Five kinds of zinc fertilizer(including CK)with different concentration were sprayed on the leaf surface to study the effect on the yield and quality of celery.【Results】The results showed that the application of zinc fertilizer on the leaves could significantly increase the weight,height,zinc content and vitamin C content of celery,regulate nitrate content and maintain crude fiber content.The spray concentration of 4 g/L fertilizer solution in 7 days and 14 days before harvest could effectively increase the weight,height,vitamin C content and organic acid content of each plant.【Conclusion】Combined with the test results of various indicators in this experiment,spraying twice 7 days and 14 days before harvest with 4 g/L fertilizer solution,can make the yield and quality of celery achieve the best benefit.
