宫颈癌患者与健康妇女对HPV疫苗认知情况的调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解宫颈癌患者与健康妇女人群对人乳头瘤病毒疫苗的认知情况,为有针对性开展宫颈癌防治工作提供参考依据。方法采用便利抽样法对中山大学附属第一医院门诊确诊为宫颈癌患者及某社区健康妇女实施HPV疫苗认知情况的调查。结果宫颈癌患者HPV认知得分为(5.70±1.73)分,健康妇女HPV认知得分为(3.94±2.32)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);56.86%健康妇女愿意为女儿接种HPV疫苗,92.86%宫颈癌患者愿意为女儿接种HPV疫苗,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);93.14%的健康妇女和90.82%宫颈癌患者不愿意为儿子接种HPV疫苗。结论宫颈癌患者对HPV疫苗认知高于健康妇女;宫颈癌患者对自己女儿接种HPV疫苗持积极的态度,其意愿强于健康妇女;宫颈癌患者及健康妇女均对HPV疫苗缺乏全面的认识。Objective To investigate the cognition of human papilloma virus(HPV)in cervical cancer patients and healthy women,and to provide reference for targeted prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.Methods Convenience sampling was conducted to investigate the HPV vaccine cognition survey of patients with cervical cancer from the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University and healthy women from one community.Results The difference of HPV cognitive scores between patients with cervical cancer(5.70±1.73)and healthy women(3.94±2.32)were statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,56.86%of healthy women were willing to vaccinate their daughters with HPV vaccine,and 92.86%of cervical cancer women were willing to vaccinated their daughters with HPV vaccine.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).93.14%of healthy women and 90.82%of cervical cancer patients were reluctant to vaccinate their sons with HPV.Conclusion Patients with cervical cancer have better awareness of HPV vaccine than healthy women.Cervical cancer patients have a positive attitude towards their daughters receiving HPV vaccine,and their willingness is stronger than that of healthy women.There is a lack of comprehensive understanding about HPV vaccine for both cervical cancer women and healthy woman.
