高校图书馆的学术属性及其学术领导力

摘　　要：根据对全国高校图书馆馆长设置与网络空间布局的抽样调查结果,高校图书馆的学术属性在国内一些高校未得到足够认识。国内外著名高校都明确了高校图书馆的学术地位,尤其是研究型大学。其图书馆在网络空间里隶属学术研究机构,且馆长一般为具有学术影响力的学者。高校图书馆的学术地位决定大学的实力。图书馆应该实施分布式领导,通过项目职位、团队职位的设置,提高自身的学术创新能力,并且通过项目实施,发挥专业馆员的概念技能在决策中的作用,从而提升自身的学术领导力。According to the results of a sample survey of the appointment of directors and cyberspace layouts of university libraries nationwide,the academic attributes of university libraries have not been sufficiently recognized in some universities of our country.Famous universities at home and abroad have clearly defined the academic status of its libraries,especially for research universities.In cyberspace,their libraries are affiliated to academic research institutions,and the directors are generally influential scholars in academic field.The academic status of the university library determines the strength of the university.Directors of libraries should enhance their libraries’academic leadership by implementing distributed leadership.In order to improve the academic innovation of libraries,project positions and team leaders should be appointed frequently.For the purpose of enhancing the academic leadership of the library,professional librarians should be encouraged to play the important role of their conceptual skills in decision-making through implementation of projects.
