健康中国背景下高职体育课程改革与实践研究——以北京财贸职业学院为例

摘　　要：本文以《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》为指导,从学校体育的课程目标、课程内容、课程实施等要素入手,对北京财贸职业学院体育课程体系构建过程和教学实践进行梳理,构建了高职“基础+选项+职业”的模块化体育课程目标及内容体系,更加注重高职院校人才培养规格、学生的可持续发展和学生的综合职业素养提升,并通过网络教学资源、体育活动课程、体育文化课程、运动队等方面建设作为体育课程体系的必要补充,总结出更符合高职院校特点的体育课程改革与实践经验,为高职类院校体育课程改革与落实健康中国战略提供参考。Under the guidance of“Healthy China 2030”planning outline,this paper analyzes the current situation of school physical education curriculum objectives,curriculum content and curriculum implementation,and combs the construction process and teaching practice of physical education curriculum system in Beijing College of Finance and Commerce,and constructs the modular physical education curriculum objective and content system of“foundation+option+occupation”in higher vocational colleges.It is put forward that more attention should be paid to the personnel training specifications,the sustainable development of students and the improvement of comprehensive professional quality.Through the construction of network teaching resources,sports activities courses,sports culture courses and sports teams,it can be used as a necessary supplement to the physical education curriculum system.Finally,this paper summarizes the physical education curriculum reform and practical experience in line with the characteristics of higher vocational colleges,and provides reference for the reform of physical education curriculum in higher vocational colleges and the implementation of the strategy of Healthy China.
