摘 要:针对现有液位传感器在植保无人机中应用的不足,为了提升植保无人机液位传感器的检测精准度、便捷性,采用了基于优选的气压传感器并辅以开关式传感器的数据采集、STM32单片机控制和无线数传模块的地面端实时监控的独立装置设计方法。通过实际测试和仿真试验,得出了该装置在无人机飞行震动等干扰环境下的液体液位测量精准度提高了50%,从而实现了植保无人机液位从经验值和档位测量的模式转变为全数字精确测量。For the purpose of improving the accuracy and convenience of the detection of the existing liquid level sensor in the plant protection UAV,an independent device design method based on the data acquisition of the optimized air pressure sensor supplemented by the switch type sensor,the control of STM32 single chip microcomputer and real time monitoring of ground terminal using wireless data transmission module is adopted.Through the actual test and simulation test,it is concluded that the accuracy of liquid level measurement of the device is increased by 50%in the environment of UAV flight vibration and other interference,thus,the level measurement of UAV for plant protection is changed from the empirical value and gear measurement mode to the full digital accurate measurement mode.
