摘  要:随着沿海城市经济的快速增长,海洋资源开发与利用不断加大,海水入侵、生物锐减、赤潮频发等环境问题日趋严重。环境承载力作为衡量海洋可持续发展的主要手段之一,对区域经济和环境可持续发展至关重要。本文基于综合指标体系法,从压力类指标、承压类指标(状态类)及区域交流类指标3个方面,构建了深圳海域资源环境承载力评价指标体系,运用熵值法确定指标权重,采用状态空间评价模型计算得到深圳海域资源环境承载力量化值。研究结果显示,2013—2017年,深圳海域承载力值总体呈现下降趋势。其中,2013年深圳市海域处于满载状态;2014—2017年间深圳市海域处于可载状态,承载力状况趋于好转。With the rapid economic growth of coastal cities,seawater intrusion,bio-reduction,frequent red tides and other issues are becoming more and more serious,and the development and utilization of marine resources has continued to increased.As one of the main means to measure the sustainable development of the ocean,resource and environmental carrying capacity is crucial to the future development of the regional economy and environment.Based on the comprehensive index method,this paper constructed an evaluation index system forevaluating the carrying capacity of Shenzhen's marine resource and environment from three aspects:the pressure index,the state index,and theregional communication index.The entropy method is used to determine the index weight,and the state space evaluation model is used to calculate carrying capacity of the Shenzhen's seawater.The result showed,the carrying capacity of Shenzhen coastal area generally showed a reduce trend of fluctuation change,and have a bad condition in 2013 year and a good condition 2014-2017.
