摘　　要：血药浓度法研究阿司匹林片在家兔体内的药物动力学实验是我校针对药学专业学生开设的一个主要实验,原实验是用显色法测定阿司匹林主要代谢产物水杨酸的血药浓度,样品处理时所加的混合试剂[HCl、Fe(NO3)3、HgCl2]毒性大、操作繁琐、稳定性差、导致学生实验结果不好。本文介绍了高效液相色谱法用于家兔口服学生自制的阿司匹林片的药物动力学教学实验的改革与设计,改进后的样品处理方法操作安全简便、检测灵敏度高,重现性及稳定性好,适用于测定水杨酸血药浓度及阿司匹林药物动力学研究,同时在生物药剂学与药物动力学实验教学中提高学生的综合素质。`The pharmacokinetics of aspirin tablets in rabbits by the method of blood concentration is a main experiment for the students majoring in pharmacy in the university.In the original experiment,the plasma concentration of salicylic acid,which is the main metabolite of aspirin,was determined by chromogenic method.The mixed reagents(HCl,Fe(NO3)3,HgCl2)added in sample are toxic.Operation processes are cumbersome and the samples are unstable,which results in poor reproducibility of the experimental results.This paper introduces the reforming and design of pharmacokinetics teaching experiment of aspirin tablets made by the students after oral administration in rabbits by high performance liquid chromatography.A new method adopted during sample processing and the drug plasma concentration determining is safe,simple,sensitive,reproducible and stable.This new method is suitable for the determination of salicylic acid in blood and the study of aspirin pharmacokinetics.At the same time,the students’comprehensive quality has been improved in the experimental teaching of biopharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics.
