摘  要:介入超声专业是在多模态超声引导下对疾病进行诊治的一门学科,是超声医学的重要组成部分之一,既有外科手术特点,又补充内科治疗,更存在影像诊断与治疗特征的一门新兴学科。伴随着我国医疗行业改革以及介入超声专业的快速发展,各级医疗机构对于超声基础专业知识扎实且动手能力较强的介入超声专业人才需求逐步加大。然而,全国各地区介入超声从业医师诊疗水平现状极为不平衡,因为介入超声是有创操作,学员及医师的动手操作机会很少。因此,如何合理有效地推广介入超声培训,是目前亟待解决的问题。提高教学质量是培养现代介入超声实用性高素质人才的前提。文章主要从介入超声专业教学面临的问题、介入超声专业教学策略等方面来提高介入超声学教学质量。Interventional ultrasound is a subject that diagnoses and treats diseases under the guidance of multimodal ultrasound.It is one of the important components of ultrasound medicine.It not only has the characteristics of surgery,but also assists medical treatment,and it also has an emerging discipline of imaging diagnosis and treatment.With the rapid development of my country’s medical reform and the rapid development of interventional ultrasound,the demand for interventional ultrasound professionals with solid basic knowledge and strong hands-on ability in medical institutions has gradually increased.However,the status of the diagnosis and treatment of interventional ultrasound practitioners in various regions is obviously unbalanced.Because interventional ultrasound is an invasive operation,there are few practical operations opportunities for students or physicians.Therefore,how to effectively promote interventional ultrasound training is currently an urgent problem to be solved.Improving teaching quality is a prerequisite for cultivating high-quality talents with modern practicable ultrasound.This article mainly improves the quality of interventional ultrasound teaching from the problems faced by the interventional ultrasound professional teaching and the teaching strategies of the interventional ultrasound professional.
