摘　　要：目的将口腔内窥镜技术应用到牙槽外科临床教学中,探索其是否是一种新的高效的临床教学辅助手段,为深化教学改革提供新的思路。方法通过在颌面外科门诊教学中应用口腔内窥镜辅助方式进行拔牙教学,通过对患者及学生进行评测,从多个角度评价该教学方式。结果口腔内窥镜的应用,不仅对临床诊疗带来了进步,同时也优化了牙槽外科传统实习带教方式。应用内窥镜可以将口腔内狭小范围内的精细操作放大展示到显示屏上,方便病例的展示和学习,并解决学生传统临床实习时因手术视野差导致的学习困难。同时,应用内窥镜可以改变传统教学中手术区域人群密集的状况,学生远离患者集中于屏幕前,一方面可以改善患者就医体验,另一方面也可以做到更好的院感防护。结论内窥镜辅助教学是一种新型有效的教学方式,其效果尚需大样本量对照试验进一步证实。Objective To explore whether the technique of oral endoscope is a new and effective assistant method for clinical practice teaching,to provide new ideas for deepening teaching reform.Methods Through the application of oral endoscopy-assisted teaching method in the teaching of maxillofacial surgery clinic,the teaching method is evaluated from multiple angles by evaluating patients and students.Results The application of oral endoscope had not only brought about changes and progress in clinical practice,but also optimized the traditional clinical teaching mode.The application of the endoscope can magnify and display the fine operations in the narrow range of the oral cavity on the display screen,which facilitates the display and study of cases,and solves the learning difficulties caused by poor surgical field of vision during the traditional clinical practice of students.At the same time,the application of endoscopes can change the crowded situation in the operation area in traditional teaching.Students stay away from the patients and concentrate in front of the screen.On the one hand,it can improve the patient's medical experience,and on the other hand,it can also achieve better hospital protection.Conclusion Endoscope-assisted teaching is a new and effective teaching method,and its effect still needs to be further confirmed by large sample size control test.
