右美托咪定联合静吸全麻对腹腔镜胆囊切除术的作用

摘　　要：目的研究右美托咪定联合静吸复合全麻在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果。方法选取医院2016年1月—2019年12月在普外科治疗的76例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者作为本次研究对象。采用随机数字法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各38组。对照组患者给予静吸复合全麻,观察组患者给予右美托咪定联合静吸复合全麻。比较效果。结果麻醉后,观察组的不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.642,P<0.05)。术中观察组患者的平均动脉压、心率以及血糖值明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.273、10.146、2.835,P<0.05)。观察组的苏醒期躁动评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.736,P<0.05)。结论给予右美托咪定联合静吸复合全麻用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者可获得较为满意的效果,可维持患者生命体征稳定,减少应激,减少苏醒期躁动,且安全性高。Objective To study the effect of dexmedetomidine combined with intravenous inhalation combined with general anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 76 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected as the object of this study.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,38 groups in each group.The patients in the control group were given intravenous inhalation combined general anesthesia,and the patients in the observation group were given dexmedetomidine combined with intravenous inhalation combined general anesthesia.Compare the results.Results After anesthesia,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The mean arterial pressure,heart rate and blood glucose in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=8.273,10.146,2.835,P<0.05).The score of restlessness in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.736,P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine combined with intravenous inhalation combined with general anesthesia can achieve satisfactory results in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy,which can maintain the stability of vital signs,reduce stress,reduce restlessness in recovery period,and has high safety.
