中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病的有效性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨益气养阴清热化瘀汤联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的有效性。方法选择医院2018年8月—2020年1月期间治疗的84例2型糖尿病患者,根据治疗方案分为双胍组(40例)和益气养阴组(44例)。双胍组患者常规口服二甲双胍片治疗,益气养阴组增加益气养阴清热化瘀汤治疗,对比两组血脂、血糖改变,并监测两组用药安全性。结果益气养阴组治疗后FBG[(5.02±1.14)mmol/L、PBC(8.61±1.12)mmol/L和HbAlc(6.13±1.57)%]指标水平显著低于双胍组[(5.93±0.98)mmol/L、(10.54±2.05)mmol/L、(7.37±1.35)%],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。益气养阴组不良反应发生率(11.36%)略高于双胍组(10.00%),但是差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论二甲双胍治疗降糖基础上,联合益气养阴清热化瘀汤治疗,可进一步提升调脂、降糖效果,且不良反应风险较低,治疗2型糖尿病安全可靠。Objective To explore the efficacy of Yiqi Yangyin Qingre Huayu Decoction combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods 84 patients with type 2 diabetes treated from August 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into biguanide group(40 cases)and Yiqi Yangyin group(44 cases)according to the treatment plan.Patients in the biguanide group were treated with oral metformin tablets,and the Yiqi Yangyin group increased Yiqi Yangyin Qingre Huayu decoction,compared the changes of blood lipids and blood glucose in the two groups,and monitored the safety of medication in the two groups.Results The levels of FBG[(5.02±1.14)mmol/L,PBC(8.61±1.12)mmol/L and HbAlc(6.13±1.57)%]after treatment in the Yiqi Yangyin group were significantly lower than those in the biguanide group[(5.93±0.98)mmol/L,(10.54±2.05)mmol/L,(7.37±1.35)%],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the Yiqi Yangyin group(11.36%)was slightly higher than that in the biguanide group(10.00%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of metformin treatment of hypoglycemic,combined with Yiqi Yangyin Qingre Huayu decoction,can further improve the effect of lipid-lowering and hypoglycemic,and the risk of adverse reactions is low,the treatment of type 2 diabetes is safe and reliable.
