改良胃管固定器在口腔癌术后患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨改良胃管固定器在口腔癌术后患者中的应用效果。方法采用历史性对照研究,选取2018年1月至2018年12月口腔癌术后需留置胃管患者66例为实验组,采用改良胃管固定方法;以2017年1月至2017年12月同类患者73例为对照组,采用粘贴胶布的常规胃管固定方法。观察两组胃管并发症、鼻部舒适度和易清洁程度。结果实验组和对照组鼻部皮肤改变发生率分别为0.0%和21.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);留置胃管期间脱管发生率为16.6%和23.2%,差异无统计学意义;实验组和对照组在鼻部舒适度、易清洁程度方面比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用改良胃管固定器能有效提高胃管固定质量,具有操作简便、降低鼻部皮肤损伤、保持鼻面部皮肤清洁,提高患者舒适度等优点。Objective To investigate the effect of clinical utilization of a new modified securing method of nasogastric tube for patients with oral cancer.Methods A historical controlled study was used to select 66 patients with gastric tube after oral cancer surgery from January 2018 to December 2018 as the experimental group,and the modified gastric tube fixation method was used;similar 73 cases of patients from January 2017 to December 2017 were the control group,and the conventional gastric tube fixation method with adhesive tape was used.Data collection included the displacement of nasogastric tube,nasal skin injury,and patient comfort during indwelling.Results The incidence of skin injury(0.0%)in experimental group was obviously lower than the control group(21.9%),and the terms of patient comfort and esay-to-clean is superior to it,the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of unplanned removal of nasogastric tube between the two groups was approximate(16.6%and 23.2%).The experimental group and the control group had statistically significant differences in nasal comfort and ease of cleaning(P<0.05).Conclusion The novel securing technique ensured the immobility of gastric tube,reducing nasal skin damge,and affording usability,as well as easy to clean.
