摘　　要：会计信息管理专业是教育部2015年新批准开设的一个跨学科专业,旨在培养"精业务+懂技术+善管理"的复合型人才。在完成调查问卷的基础上,深入开展人才需求分析,提出五点人才培养建议:一是优化财会类专业方向,减少传统会计专业招生规模,引导学生向会计信息管理专业分流;二是构建"五级三维"人才培养模式;三是围绕业财融合和智能化财务思维优化专业课程设置;四是课程体系中融入会计职业资格和1+X职业技能证书;五是注重学生沟通交流能力、计算机应用能力等综合素质的培养。The Accounting Information Management specialty is an interdisciplinary specialty newly approved by the Ministry of Education in 2015,aiming at cultivating compound talents with"excellent business+skilled technology+good management".Based on completing the questionnaires,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of talent demand,and puts forward five suggestions for talent cultivation.First,optimize the direction of accounting majors,reduce the enrollment scale of traditional accounting majors,and guide the students to divert to Accounting Information Management major.Second,build a"five-level and threedimensional"talent training mode.Third,optimize the professional curriculum setting around the integration of industry and finance,and intelligent financial thinking.Fourth,integrate accounting professional qualification and 1+X vocational skill certificate into the curriculum system.Fifth,pay attention to the cultivation of the students'communication abilities and computer application abilities.
