摘  要:本文探讨了在一流中医药本科建设中构建多元化的青年教师培养体系的重要意义,并提出了面向一流中医药本科教育的青年教师培养体系构建原则,同时,基于胜任素质理论,建立了青年教师能力提升的五大平台,旨在为一流师资队伍、一流中医药本科建设提供借鉴。This paper probes into the importance of diversity training system for young teachers training,in the construction of first-class undergraduate of Traditional Chinese Medicine,puts forward the principle of constructing the young teacher training system for the first-class undergraduate education of TCM,at the same time,based on the theory of competence quality,set up five big platforms,aim at providing reference for first-class teacher’s training and the construction of first-class undergraduate program of TCM.
