摘　　要：黑龙江工程学院土木工程专业结合国家和地方经济社会发展需求,依托省级一流专业建设成果,发挥与行业紧密联系的优势,构建了校企合作资源共享、互惠互利的实践教学运行机制和产教融合、协同育人的实践教学体系,提高了学生的工程实践能力和创新能力,取得了一定成效。According to the needs of national and local economic and social development,depends on the provincial first-class majors’establishment,and giving full play to the advantages of close contact with the industry,the civil engineering major of Heilongjiang University of engineering has set up a practical teaching operating mechanism which is sharing the resource of enterprise with the mutual benefit and cooperation with them,and established a practical teaching system which has integration of production and education,and collaborative education.The two systems helped improving students’engineering practice ability and innovation ability,and achieved certain results.
