摘  要:高层次创新人才队伍建设对加快科技进步和创新,建设人才强国和创新型国家具有重大意义。同时,高层次创新型人才成长有其复杂性与特殊性,其根本上是个体品质与外部环境交互作用的结果,教育成长经历在高层次创新人才养成中具有更突出的作用。本研究以25位院士学术成长传记为样本,综合采用集体传记法和内容分析法,通过对院士教育成长历程的系统性分析,总结其基本特征,并对高层次创新人才的教育成长提出建议。The construction of high-level innovative talents,which is of great significance for accelerating scientific and technological progress and innovation and building a strong country with strong scientific and technological talents and an innovative country.The growth of high-level innovative talents has its complexity and particularity,which is fundamentally the result of the interaction between individual quality and external environment,while education growth experience plays a prominent role in the development of high-level inno-vative talents.This study selects the academic growth biographies of 25 academicians as samples,combining the collective biography and content analysis method,through systematically analyzing the education growth process of academician,summarizing its basic characteristics,and putting forward reasonable suggestions for education growth of high-level innovative talents.
