摘　　要：近几年,国内各高校的生源持续增加,学生管理工作的难度也随之加大。伴随国家经济实力的增强以及科技的迅速发展,国民思维方式发生深刻改变,为学生管理工作带来了严峻挑战。基于此,针对高校学生管理工作改革模式展开研究,以期为高校及学生管理工作者创新管理模式提供一定的参考。In recent years,the number of students in domestic universities is increasing,and the difficulty of student management work is also increasing.With the enhancement of national economic strength and the rapid development of science and technology,profound changes have taken place in the way of thinking of the people,which has brought severe challenges to the management work of students.Based on this,this paper conducts research on the reform mode of student management work in colleges and universities,with a view to providing certain reference for colleges and universities and student management workers to innovate management mode.
