内观疗法联合盐酸羟考酮治疗中度癌痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨内观疗法联合盐酸羟考酮治疗中度癌痛的效果。方法根据治疗方法的不同将160例中度癌痛患者分为对照组(接受单纯盐酸羟考酮治疗)和观察组(接受内观疗法联合盐酸羟考酮治疗),各80例。比较两组患者的癌痛缓解情况、疼痛情况、焦虑程度、抑郁程度、血清β内啡肽(β-EP)水平、血清P物质(SP)水平和生活质量。结果观察组患者的癌痛缓解率明显高于对照组患者(P﹤0.01)。治疗后,观察组患者的数字疼痛分级法(NRS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组患者(P﹤0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的躯体、生理、心理、社会功能评分均高于对照组患者(P﹤0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的血清β-EP水平高于对照组患者,SP水平低于对照组患者(P﹤0.05)。两组患者的各不良反应发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论内观疗法联合盐酸羟考酮治疗中度癌痛的效果较好,能够有效缓解患者的负性情绪,调节β-EP、SP水平,改善患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of NaiKan therapy combined oxycodone hydrochloride in the treatment of moderate cancer pain.Method 160 patients with moderate cancer pain were divided into the control gorup(n=80)and the observation group(n=80),treated with oxycodone hydrochloride and NaiKan therapy combined oxycodone hydrochloride,respectively.The remission of pain relief,pain,anxiety,depression,serum β-endorphin(β-EP)level,substance P(SP)level and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result The cancer pain relief rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),the scores of numerical rating scale(NRS),SAS and SDS were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The scores of psychological,physical,physiological and social functions in the two groups were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The level of serum β-EP was significantly higher,the level of serum SP significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion NaiKan therapy combined oxycodone hydrochloride is effective in the treatment of moderate cancer pain,which can effectively relieve the negative emotion of patients,regulate the level ofβ-EP and SP,and improve the quality of life.
