摘  要:2019年3月,李克强总理在《政府工作报告》提出高职院校当年扩招百万的任务,这对于面临生源危机当口的高职院校是重大利好,但这突发性外生压力驱动下生源结构变化背后(尤其是全日制面向社会人员招生)所呈现的职业院校与技工学校双轨制矛盾、非脱产成教与全日制普教之间界限融合等问题,都将成为倒逼高职教育加速内生性变革步伐的严峻考验。如何走出标准化流水线工业生产思维下的教育管理模式,使"有教无类、因材施教"的传统教育教学理论继续促进高职教育差异化人才培养的实践,都将对高职教育育人理念、教学方式乃至治理结构、组织系统等提出新的挑战。In March 2019,as stated in the Government Work Report,Premier Li Keqiang put forward the task of achieving a large-scale expansion of one million enrollments of higher vocational college students in 2019.It is beneficial for higher vocational colleges confronting student shortage.However,problems are driven by this sudden change of government policy including conflicts between vocational education system with new forms of student recourses(specifically enrollment of social personnel as full time students)and dual educational system in technical schools,and the boundary integration between in-service adult education and full-time general education,which will become a severe test of forcing higher vocational education to accelerate the pace of endogenous reform.Getting out of the education management mode under the industrial production thinking of standardized assembly line and making the traditional education doctrine of"No Child Left Behind,Teaching Students According to Their Aptitude"continue to promote the practice of differentiated talent cultivation in higher vocational education will pose new challenges to the educational concept,teaching methods,governance structure and organizational system of higher vocational education.
