摘　　要：党的十九大报告指出:“生态文明建设功在当代、利在千秋”。本文采用中国家庭金融调查数据(CHFS),基于双重差分模型实证研究首批国家生态文明建设试验区的设立对居民家庭能源消费支出的影响,研究发现:第一,生态文明建设显著降低了居民家庭能源消费支出;第二,采用反事实检验和倾向得分匹配双重差分方法(PSM-DID)对本文的估计结果进行稳健性检验,验证结果具有良好的稳健性;第三,生态文明建设对江西省和贵州省家庭能源消费支出的降低效果显著,对福建省的家庭能源消费支出的影响不显著。因此,本文认为应该积极鼓励和引导公众参与,发挥人民群众在生态文明建设中的重要作用。The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that"the construction of ecological civilization is of great benefit to the present and the future".This paper uses the data of CHFS to empirically study the impact of the establishment of the first batch of national ecological civilization construction pilot zones on household energy consumption expenditure based on the dual difference model.The results show that:first,ecological civilization construction significantly reduces household energy consumption expenditure;Second,the robustness test of the estimated results in this paper is carried out by using the counterfactual test and the Propensity score matching double difference method(PSM-DID),and the verification results are of good robustness.Third,ecological civilization construction has a significant effect on the reduction of household energy consumption expenditure in Jiangxi and Guizhou,but no significant effect on the household energy consumption expenditure in Fujian.Therefore,this paper believes that we should actively encourage and guide the public participation,and give play to the important role of the broad masses in the construction of ecological civilization.
