矿用吊轨式智能化控制推车机的实践

摘　　要：什林煤业公司副立井井口车辆无法滑行至副立井井口进车侧,需要人工进行拥车,严重制约矿井辅助运输效率。针对这一情况研制了一种安全性好且物料车下井效率高的吊轨式智能化控制推车机,该设备的应用杜绝人工推车,加快车辆周转效率,提高运输安全程度。The auxiliary shaft wellhead vehicle of Shilin Coal Industry Company can not slide to the side of the auxiliary shaft wellhead,so it is necessary to hold the car manually,which seriously restricts the efficiency of auxiliary transportation in the mine.In view of this situation,a kind of intelligent control trolley machine with good safety and high efficiency of material vehicle down well is developed.The application of this equipment eliminates manual trolley,speeds up vehicle turnover efficiency and improves transportation safety degree.
