摘  要:支腿液压缸是大吨位履带起重机的重要组成部分,主要作用是支撑底座以方便拆装履带架,支腿液压缸的选型至关重要。对履带起重机在3点及4点支撑时主动顶升及上车回转工况下的支腿液压缸压力进行理论计算和实际测试,并分析压力变化趋势,认为:4点支撑是比较理想的工况,其实际受力总是介于3点及4点支撑之间,并建议以3点支撑时计算得到的支腿最大受力作为支腿液压缸的选型依据。The outrigger hydraulic cylinder is an important part of large-tonnage crawler crane. Its main function is to support the base to facilitate assembly and disassembly of crawler crane. The selection of outrigger hydraulic cylinder is of great importance. Theoretical calculation and practical test on pressure of outrigger hydraulic cylinder are carried out under the conditions of active jacking and turning when crawler crane is supported by 3 points and 4 points, and the pressure change trend is analyzed. It is considered that the 4-point support is an ideal working condition, and the actual stress is always between 3-point support and 4-point support. It is suggested that the maximum stress of outrigger calculated at 3-point support should be taken as the selection basis of outrigger hydraulic cylinder.
