摘　　要：DLT155型轮胎式搬运机是针对城市高架快速路建设的需要,研制开发的具有自主知识产权的大型特种起重搬运设备,可跨线架设箱梁,行走、转向、辅助支撑、牵引变跨采用液压驱动,可实现直行、斜行、横行、中心回转等转向模式。该机的液压牵引及支腿双驱动变跨系统,结构设计新颖,同步控制策略实用可靠,可安全快速实现支腿的变跨作业,显著减少城市高架快速路修建对交通的影响。介绍DLT155型轮胎式搬运机的主要技术参数,液压系统、变跨机构液压及同步控制系统的技术要点。Model DLT155 tyred transporte is a large-scale special lifting and handling equipment with independent intellectual property rights, which is developed to meet the needs of urban elevated expressway construction. It can erect box girders across line, use hydraulic drive for walking, steering, auxiliary support and traction span changing and realize steering modes of straight walking, oblique walking, transverse walking and central rotation. The hydraulic traction and outrigger double-drive span changing system of the carrier has novel structure design and practical and reliable synchronous control strategy, which can realize spanchanging operation of outrigger safely and quickly, and significantly reduce the impact of urban elevated expressway construction on traffic. The main technical parameters of DLT tire carrier, technical points of hydraulic system, hydraulic and synchronous control system of variable span mechanism are introduced.
