摘  要:设计了一种悬臂掘进机截割臂大轴承运行监测系统,通过铂电阻传感器、电液开关以及线性位移传感器实现对轴承温度的实时测量和截割臂水平位置时轴承润滑油是否流失的判断,从而在轴承出现早期运行异常时能及时预警,避免轴承提前损坏。详细介绍了该监测系统的工作原理、截割臂位置角度计算方法以及传感器安装结构。A running monitoring system for the big bearing in the cutting arm of cantilever roadheader was designed.Through platinum resistance sensor,electro-hydraulic switch and linear displacement sensor,the real-time measurement of bearing temperature and the judgment for the loss of bearing lubricating oil at the horizontal position of cutting arm were realized,so as to give an early warning in case of abnormal operation of the bearing in the early stage and avoid bearing damage in advance.The working principle of the monitoring system,the installation structure of the sensor and the position angle algorithm of the cutting arm were introduced in detail.
