摘 要:针对目前矿井提升机在恒力矩制动时会出现钢丝绳打滑和冲击提升系统的现象,提出利用煤矿提升机恒减速制动系统的数学模型,以PLC作为控制核心,采用差分进化(DE)算法模糊PID控制规则,设计了基于DE算法的矿井提升机制动系统。仿真表明其调节时间和上升时间低于传统PID控制,验证了该方法的可行性和先进性。Aiming at the risks of possible skidding and impact of the current mine hoist during constant torque braking,the mathematical model of the coal mine hoist braking system was put forward.Taking PLC as the controll core and adopting differential evolution(DE)algorithm optimizing fuzzy PID control rules,the mine hoist braking system based on the DE algorithm was designed.The simulation shows that its adjustment time and rise time are lower than traditional PID control,which verifies the feasibility and advancement of this method.
