人脐血间充质干细胞培养液上清在血液肿瘤化疗相关口腔黏膜炎患者中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨人脐血间充质干细胞培养液上清在血液恶性肿瘤化疗相关口腔黏膜炎患者中的治疗作用。方法:随机将血液恶性肿瘤化疗患者发生口腔黏膜炎常规治疗无效患者分为两组,实验组和对照组各20例。实验组使用间充质干细胞培养基上清漱口及涂抹溃疡,对照组使用粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子漱口及涂抹溃疡,比较两组患者口腔黏膜炎愈合时间、治疗有效率及疼痛评分。结果:实验组口腔黏膜炎愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05);实验组治疗中期有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均无明显的肝肾功能毒性。结论:人脐血间充质干细胞培养液上清在血液肿瘤化疗相关的口腔黏膜炎患者中,有较好的治疗作用且无明显毒副作用。Objective:To investigated the therapeutic effects of human umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cell conditioned media on chemotherapy-related oral mucositis of the hematological malignancies patients.Methods:The patients with chemotherapy-related oral mucositis of hematological malignancies were randomly divided into two groups,each of 20 cases.The experimental group used the conditioned media of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells to rinse mouth and apply ulcers,and the control group usedgranulocyte macrophage colony-stimulating factor(GM-CSF)to rinse mouth and apply ulcers.The healing time of oral mucositis,the effectiveness of treatment and the patient’s pain score were compared between the two groups.Results:The healing time of oral mucositis in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,the treatment efficiency of the experimental group was higher and the pain score was lower than the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,there was no significant liver and kidney toxicity in both groups.Conclusion:The conditioned media of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells has a good therapeutic effect in hematological malignancies patients with chemotherapy-related oral mucositis,without obvious toxic and side effects.
