摘  要:汽车发电机单向滑轮组可以有效改善汽车前段轮系振动,从而提高轮系的使用寿命,已经得到了越来越多的使用。在对发电机单向滑轮组工作原理分析的基础上,根据某国产发电机单向滑轮组的工作机构,利用多体动力学仿真软件RecurDyn,构建了汽车发电机单向滑轮组台架试验虚拟样机模型;通过与试验数据进行对比的方法,验证了计算模型的有效性;利用该模型,可以实现其在工作时不宜进行测量的动态指标的计算;通过研究影响其承载特性的因素以及相互关系,为相关的设计改进提供了方向。研究结果对于指导产品设计、提高设计水平具有重要的作用。The Overrunning Alternator Pulley(OAP)of automobile generator is more and more used because it can effectively improve the vibration of the front gear train of the automobile,thus increasing the service life of the gear train.Based on the analysis of the working principle of the OAP of the generator,according to the working mechanism of the OAP of a domestic generator,the virtual prototype model of the bench test of the OAP the automobile generator is constructed by using the multi-body dynamics simulation software RecurDyn.The validity of the calculation method is calculated by comparing with the test data,and the model can be used to realize its working,it is not suitable to calculate the dynamic index for measurement.Through the study of the factors affecting the bearing characteristics and the relationship between them,the direction of design improvement is provided.The research results play an important role in guiding the product design and improving the design level.
