摘　　要：干燥垫条痕是长规格地板坯料干燥过程中容易出现的缺陷之一,坯料初始含水率、干燥环境温度等是产生垫条痕的主要因素,码垛陈放降低坯料入窑前的初始湿度、调整干燥工艺参数、定期检查蒸汽管道排水阀、使用圆方结合体木垫条等是解决地板板面垫条痕缺陷的有效措施。The spacing strips’mark was one of the defects in the drying process of long-size solid wood flooring blank.The initial moisture content of the blank and the drying environment temperature were the main factors to produce the spacing strips’mark.Reducing the initial moisture content of the blank before entering the kiln,adjusting the drying process parameters,regularly checking the steam pipe drain valve,and using the wood strip with the combination of round and square were the effective preventive measures for spacing strips’mark defects.
