摘　　要：随着定制家居的发展,后端制造生产效率不断提升,交货周期越来越短,而前端安装效率较低。基于二者的矛盾关系,索菲亚家居股份有限公司对前端安装现场的柜体拼装效率提升进行了研究,对定制家居三合一连接件进行升级,自主研发出快装三合一连接件,提升了安装效率,促进了行业发展。With the development of customized home,the production efficiency of back-end manufacturing was constantly improved,while the installation efficiency of front-end was lower.Based on the contradictory relationship between the manufacturing and installation,Suofeiya Home Collection Co.Ltd.studied the efficiency on the cabinet assembly at the installation site,and developed quick three-in-one adapting piece on customized home,which improved the installation efficiency and promoted the development of the industry.
