摘  要:目的优选脉康宁胶囊流浸膏的最佳干燥工艺。方法采用L 18(36)正交实验,以脉康宁胶囊干浸膏水分、丹参酮ⅡA、隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ总量为量化考察指标,以性状为定性考察指标,优选最佳干燥工艺。结果最佳真空微波干燥工艺为,干燥温度60℃,真空度0.8 MPa,干燥时间50 min,升温速度2℃/min,每盘物料装量约2 kg(即物料平辅厚度约4 cm)。结论优选的最佳干燥工艺可以作为脉康宁胶囊流浸膏的干燥生产工艺。OBJECTIVE To optimize the best drying process of liquid extract of MaiKangNing capsule.METHODS Optimize the best drying process base on the quantitative investigation index such as the moisture of dried extract of MaiKangNing capsule,the total amount of tanshinoneⅡA,cryptotanshinone and tanshinone,base on qualitative investigation index such as character,adopt by orthogonal experiment L 18(36).RESULTS The best vacuum microwave drying process conditions were drying temperature 60℃,vacuum degree 0.8MPa,drying time 50 min,heating rate 2℃/min,each plate of material 2kg(thickness nearly 4cm each plate).CONCLUSION The drying process which had optimized can be the drying process of liquid extract of capsule MaiKangNing.
