摘　　要：目的分析经颅磁刺激治疗抑郁症的应用效果。方法选取广州医科大学附属脑科医院2018年8月至2020年1月诊治的110例抑郁症患者开展本次试验研究,采用随机数字表法均分为对照组与观察组,每组55例。对照组给予西酞普兰治疗,观察组在西酞普兰治疗基础上给予经颅磁刺激治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗前两组的抑郁(HAMD)评分和自杀意念(SIOSS)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组的HAMD评分和SIOSS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组治疗有效率相比,观察组明显偏高(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论给予抑郁症患者经颅磁刺激治疗能够有效改善患者临床症状,能够显著提升治疗效果,安全性高,具有推广价值。Objective To analyze the effect of transcranial magnetic stimulation on depression.Methods A total of 110 patients with depression diagnosed and treated from August 2018 to January 2020 in the Affiliated Brain Hospital,Guangzhou Medical University were selected to carry out experimental study.The random number table method was divided into control group and observation group,55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with citalopram,the observation group was treated with transcranial magnetic stimulation on the basis of citalopram therapy.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of depression(HAMD)and suicidal ideation(SIOSS)in the first two groups were identical,differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the HAMD score and SIOSS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the effective rate of treatment in the control group,the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Transcranial magnetic stimulation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of depression patients,improve the therapeutic effect,high safety and popularization value.
